I think something that will always irritate me and confuse me and seen rather ironic about bipolar disorder and those around who are supposed to “help me” and make sure I dont try to kill myself again or something along those lines is that, They are never awake,around, or available when im freaking out or need them.

I always feel like a burden even when Im not being anymore annoying that just not being able to make a decision.
But my partner, he seems to think he can jolt me out of situations. Like the other day when I was off my meds and couldnt make a decision about if i wanted coffee or not he started bringing up more options. Do I want tea then? no, how about juice, no? how about water, no? how about pop, no? how about food then? not even a cookie??
And it went on like this untill i just stopped responding the fact that I couldnt make a simple decision seemed to get him angry above all things which scared me as although he’s never been violent with me I’ve seen him with other people. He can be a very violent man.
I don’t know where Im going with this just trying to work it all out I suppose plus its distracting me from the fact that when i need someone as much as i do right now no one is around.
